i have 4 ports usb in my computer, and what i need is:

any device that connects to port 1 for example has the always the same com,

what i need is that, example
port 1 ,com4
port 2 ,com5
port 3 ,com6
port 4 ,com7

any device what i connect to the port i need what have the define com
who i can do that?

Even though the question is absolutely not clear, I don't think is makes any sense. COM port and the USB are very different things with very different functionality. Unlike COM, USB is not a port but a bus, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB[^].

when you connect a usb device windows assigned a com, physically at my computer I have 4 usb inputs, what i want is when i connect a device always windows assing the same com in the usb Input(port)
