To send sms to mobile phone through windows application

Firstly, airtel broadband connection is connected in my computer & to be paying in monthly.I want to do that, i send a text msg from windows application to airtel/vodafone mobile phone through my connecting gsm modem using airtel broadband connection.I do not use payable buying domain server/gateway. I want to use only my payable airtel broadband connection.
Is it possible above problem???
How will i solve above problem???

Please help me any way.....
