Outlook plug in using add-In express

Outlook plug in had been developed using add-In express. The plug in is responsible for sorting the reciepents in the To: and Cc: field based on a field in Active Directory. I need somebody to help me to review my code and find out what is wrong with it. somtimes it deletes one of the reciepents especially when external emails used.

Also I need somebody to help me in how to deploy the software using group policy or sccm. currently msi had been generated but it sould be run as administrator, also sometimes it runs successfully but the add-In does not installed succesfully. How to make sure that the add In has been installed successfully.

I can post the code based on your request.

Please advise, Is it possible to help me in that?

We describe deploying via Group Policy in this blog.

Also, I suggest finding answers to many of your questions in the Add-in Express manual: about installing per-user and per-machine add-ins (by a standard user or administrator), about logs created when the add-in is registered and loaded, and why you need to release COM objects.
