Does any body have solution to this issue ,i 'm getting the issue on vista

Hi i am designing an application in .net framework 4.0 premium with theme support and my system configuration is:
 
OS: vista ultimate
Ram : 4GB
Hard Disk : 500GB
 
issue is when i open my application with one of the form and then change theme with following scenario
1. Apply any HighContrast theme --> Vista Basic theme --> Vista Aero theme.
2. Apply any HighContrast theme --> Vista Aero theme --> Vista Basic theme.
then the DotNet controls like buttons , checkbox and radio buttons look get changed and not visible properly as default view.
