Help About IOS SDK Application

This is freelance job
Hi all,
we are a group of indesign users from Turkey,
We would like to develop digital publishing magazine in IPAD,
but we have a several problems, because Indesign DPS is so expensive,
we need an application for IOS SDK which,
newsstand application,
can receive RSS feed from our website (only from our site),
and can show our magazine in PDF format every month,
(maybe simple application but we don't know developing in Xcode)
we would like to donate helper developers

I want an Co-op programmer for Xcode
Instructions will be send to Collabrator
Digital Publishing in Turkey is new industry
There is only 2 developer corporations,
And lots of Magazines to waiting for submit in iPad
