C GNU TLS Https Post Memory Corruption

I'm using GNU TLS library for HTTPS GET/POST but it gives glibc detected: realloc(): invalid next size exception when gnutls_global_init() is called. Backtrace showed that gnutls_global_init() called _gnutls_ext_register() which then called realloc() and returned this exception. How to avoid such exception ?
