To sorry, my must say, yours not must very so hope on help. If even my yours no understand another time, other all no nothing will not understand. No many develop driver in kernel, because what theirs think that all drivers already all work do. Especially this difficult when theirs no understand what yours want that this driver must do. And why would flow monitor go over driver, yours can explain?

My hope yours understand.

Not quite, but it's OK. To me, your English is not really a problem. (This is not my native language as well. No offense, OK?) The problem is your question itself. It's not clear what do you want to do and why do you think that a kernel-mode driver required.
