unable to download web platform product list error

hi friend i am going to install web platform 3.0 for cloud application I am using win 7 & vs10 but i am getting an error "unable to download web platform product list form .check your network connection and try again"
my network conn is working properly there is no any error.

Check proxy/firewall issues.
