Data binding in gridview without using eval

Can any body tell me how to bind the data to the gridview without using Eval method in gridview and dynamically.

Without using some type of binding method you can't. The entire purpose is to make it easy to bind data to a template. If you want to do it dynamically then you'll need to do it all manually using a custom server control.
