Need good reference for Writing Filter Drivers

Hi All,

I am C++/VC++/MFC/C# (reason of showing all these, so you can give me better choice) developer. I wanted to start learning "File Filter Driver Programming". Can you please suggest any good book or reference as a starting point on this. I have no experience with driver development as of now.

Also please suggest prerequisite for learning filter driver programming.
