while Updating WCF Service I got error "The components required to enumerate web references are not installed on this computer. Please re-install Visual studio"

I have Modified WCF service and then I was Updating it from service reference, I got this error
"The components required to enumerate web references are not installed on this computer. Please re-install Visual studio"
 
I have reinstalled VS2008 too Also I have run it from devenv /resetskippkgs. But didn't solved the issue Please Help me asap. Thanks in advance

If devenv /resetskippkgs is not working fine, then try the alternative step
 
Start-> Run-> "\Program files\Visual Studio 9.0\Common 7\IDE\devenv" /setup
