Is there any policy settings required for creating unique User-Id in active directory?.

Hi All,

I am using Active Directory and Windows Server 2008 R2.

And I want to create unique user-id in my active directory forest.

Currently I am facing a problem I can create unique user-id within a OU but other OU can created same user-Id.

For example I have 2 different OU(customer and customer-Support).

I can created user-Id(shri) in both OU. but I want uniqueness in both OU.

So Please any one can suggest me how can I do this?. There is any policy setting are required for this?.
