Can any one help me to create my own metro app(at start) in windows 8 using visual studio 2011 beta express. can it possible to do in c or c++. if so please help me to develop.

This is an impossible question for anyone to answer; we have no idea what you are trying to do with this app. Use Google/Bing/CodeProject Articles/MSDN to do some research into the tools that are available and try something for yourself.
