how to progmmatically link a test case to a requirement in TFS

Hello all ,

I have 5000 testcases that have to be linked to multiple requirements ,
All the links already exist in Excel , can you please tell me if it is possible to link testcase to requirement programmatically thanks to visual basic , C#

If you are serious enough to perform automated testing, why are you so non-serious to have "links in Excel"? :-)
