Below is my error when i host my application but it is running without any error in local PC
Server Error in '/' Application.
Configuration Error

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Your config file is referencing Crystal Reports assemblies version 10.5 but it looks like you don't have that version assembly on your system. Hence the error.
Make sure that the version of Crytal dll's referenced in web.config is present on the system.

In my pc its working f9, its not working in web server...

Ok. That means that the version of crystsal dll's on your system is correct and it's not on webserver. Webserer lacks Crystal dlls' of V10.5
