The process will be different for different laptops - either google for "remove the bios password in laptop" with you specific make and / or model, or talk to the manufacturers directly.

BTW: Ignore all internet suggestions to "put the laptop in the freezer for 10 minutes" - that may have worked when the non-volatile memory was battery backed CMOS and the low temperature drained the battery, but is more likely to damage your machine than fix it with modern equipment.
