I want make simple tabbed web browser [based on internet explorer activex ] how I can create tab dynamically and set handle event for each tab and create close button on each new tab in c++ builder.

you want use win32 api ?
Find HWND(Handle to Window) of your activex Control
create your your own multi tab control
