Hi everybody,
 
i need to develop a c# project for send, receive, delete sms via a gsm mobile connected to the computer. operation should be in PDU format. i need source code to understand and modify but all the example that i found are implemented using dll. so it difficult for me to understand the code completely.
 
Please help me.
