Error with DataGridView Numeric UpDown Cell

Hello Friends,
 
Hi have a problem with a "DataGridViewNumericUpDownEditingControl"
the promblem is when I close a child window where the Datagridview is defined.
Because when I open again the childwindow the C# aplication show me an error. and tell me
that the error is in the NumericUpDownEditingControl in the Datagridview.
I attached an image that show you the errot.

Where dod you get this control from?? It's not part of the .NET Framework. Chances are good you're going to have to ask the person/company that wrote the control.
