hi i created a website that works with automate word and converting it to pdf i tested it on visual studio and it works good but when i test it on iis it returns an error that access is denied how can i grant permision to the website to use word?

Normally, the site initially grant all required permissions to the users, unless you screw it up somehow. You do not provide enough information to help you.

It is generally accepted that Word automation is not intended for server use. Automation is more for business usage to help with repetitive tasks and such.
 
As far as I know, generally, Word won't be installed or be accesible on a server. You should really look for third parties alternatives...

Solution 1

You have to look at the account that is running the application pool which has your site. You may need to grant permissions to a specific folder.
