I just updated my article and went to test the download. Clicking on the link takes me to a blank page. Nothing else happens. Did I not setup the download properly? My article can be found here:

It looks like there is an issue with the file. Remove the existing link and re-add the new link. Test it out to be sure the new one works and then submit the updated version of your article. If the updated link doesn't work, remove the download entirely from your article and re-upload and repeat the process. If all else fails, contact the moderators, who can give you a hand (we can't directly help you).

My article had two copies of my zip file. Don't know how that happened. I added a new file and deleted the old one when editing the first time. I deleted them both then added the file again. When in preview the link opens a new page that displayed the message "No download file specified". Does it not know how to find the file till after submission? I looked on the Article Writing Forum. That seems to be a better place for this. I'll continue my conversation there. Thanks!!!

I would recommend that you close out this question, then. That wa others will know the issue has been resolved (as much as it can). Good luck.
It does look like some bad re-direction and link needs a fix.

I would suggest you to post this issue in CP Site Bugs & Suggestion[^] or Article Writing Forum[^]. Admins keep a constant watch over there and will help/fix it for you.
