Push data to a web form from a database

The company I work for is contractually obligated to submit certain data to our vendor. We currently have all the data they want in Microsoft Dynamics GP, but they want us to re-enter all of the data into their web form. Is there a way to programatically push the data to the form from our sql database and submit it? We have to VPN onto the domain and it uses SSL.
