Calling Web Service from Window Mobile Emulator Error

Hi all,

I have got this following error when I call local machine web service from window mobile emulator. But the emulator have the internet connection and I can go online. I have Cardle my emulator from VS2008, Device Emulator Manager too. What should I need to add in the WebService or Client Service Reference? My network is behind the proxy server.
