How to Set the link from Crystal Report

Dear All,
 
I am using Crystal Report for Getting Customer Statement. There are further Details, Purchase,Sales,Payment,Receipt.In the Report, Is it possible Set the Link button? When We click that link that appropriate form will be open. Please help me.
