A peruse of AD with ADSIedit[^] turned up the Lockout-Time[^] attribute, which appears work with the Lockout-Duration[^] attribute

lock the user account manually in the AD.
Just type wrong password for 'n' number of times for a user account to lock it.

n: number of times admin has configured for typing wrong password before it gets locked.
