hi.
 
i know how to enable and disable the user account in the AD.
 
But i need to know how to lock the user account manually in the AD.

Solution 1

A peruse of AD with ADSIedit[^] turned up the Lockout-Time[^] attribute, which appears work with the Lockout-Duration[^] attribute

Solution 2

lock the user account manually in the AD.
Just type wrong password for 'n' number of times for a user account to lock it.
 
n: number of times admin has configured for typing wrong password before it gets locked.

But i can't able to set the account lock down and password policy..
its locked.
