ScrollableControl that has a height more than 32767

I have some objects that I need to display on screen. The total height of the objects could be more than 32767.
 
Is there a component or a source code example that will help me display the objects?
 
I have tried myself using scrollbors but I can't make them work (I need the scrollbars to be visible only if needed)
