I have a problem with the performance of the application which we developed.
We have around 25 (which includes matrix and table) reports on the front screen. Because of which to load all the data sets it will take time. I have fine tuned the queries, removed unwanted dataset but still it is taking around 25 secs to load(Prev it was taking 45-50 secs). Bench mark given is 15-20 secs.
We have come up with ideas which we are not sure it will work.
Here it goes...
1. Is there any way to load only few reports during accessing the tool and load other reports after clicking the document map label.
2. Grouping of reports : Can we make a group of 5 reports each which will load on clicking the group document label.
Kindly let me know can we implement these ideas.?? If "YES", let me know how can we do this or if "No", is there any other ways that we improve the performance.
