Create Log file whenever an application crashes

Hi i have been Googling to find a way to generate a file having description about the bug.

There was one option of using BugSense and i used it but it is not letting know in which file and line number the error is coming.

So please can any one tell me any other way to generate Error Log File whenever the application crashes.
And also the description should include the File and line no where the error is coming.
