Win32 C++ Console application not installing in windows server 8 beta 64 bit

We had few Visual C++ Applications which was running fine in windows server 2003.Now we are migrating to Windows 8 server. We copied all the Supporting DLL's and trying to install the EXE in Windows 8 server.

Getting the Below Error Application as requested the Runtime to terminate in a unusual way

When i saw in the Eventviewer

Exception code: 0x40000015
Fault offset: 0x00009754
Faulting process id: 0xf30
Faulting application start time: 0x01cd5ff1604c6270

and

Fault bucket -1232291099, type 1 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0

32 bit? 64 bit? MFC? Is this an installation issue or a runtime issue? Did you install the appropriate C++ runtime? Did you try debugging it at all?

Is this a released product? If not, and even if it is, You would be much better going to Microsoft with this issue.
