Wcf project we going to implement can any one send me n-tire architecture

Hi friend's

We are going to implement the project in n-tire with the help of wcf web based projected....

Basically i want in n-tire architecture where will be client place files exist(in which layer and there extensions ) and same as service class files and database files.

what is better way to implementing the project....

which is better option in n-tire can any one help me out......
