Iphone Browser(s) on windows to debug .net application

I guys i'm facing a problem,

i need to test my asp.net application also on devices,

id like to know if there is a way to view in windows, the same app* that are in iphone/ipad.

something like an IOS emulator for windows ?!??

any idea ?

*app specially browsers (safari, google, chrome)
