Solution 1

No, HTML is for rendering web pages. It cannot send mail. It can create a tag that allows the user to send mail using their mail program, but that is all.

You cannot send email just form HTML.

Maximum you can use is mailto[^] attribute that will open the default email client for sending an email.

thanx.i am already tried it but i have found little problem.while sending mail except in Internet explorer outlook window open that i dont how to prevent from opening is there any outlook setting.Also in IE it gives warning msg that also i dont want.provide soln

These are not in your control. These are client system configuration based.
