How to deploy SSRS in Remote Server from Client

Hi

I am developing a SSRS Project in my local system using DotNet Reporting project.
I am not having SQLServer Database Engine in my local system , for database connection i connected with remote server.

The report preview has been generated in my local machine . Now i want to deploy this application in remote server from my local machine . For this i gave server machine infromation in my project properties but it is not deployed in server machine because of user rights problem. So I want know , How to deploy it and what are the configuration settings should I made in remote server.
