How Find Server Com Port From Client ?

I want send sms from Client Computer In NetWork and Device GSM connected to Server, So i need Serial Com Port Server, But I don't allow to Find Server Com Port From Client Because client Only will find its com port.

Your client software needs to work that stuff out, even if it does so on the instruction of your server ( assuming of course that this is not a web application ).

Sorry I do not your mean, Please explain more. therefore, work with web application instead of windows application?
