i have JMF and netbeans installed, someone please tell me how to install the JMF in netbeans. i have installed the JMF by right clicking on the main project, and selected the JMF.jar from the properties but still doesnot work. please some one help me in this case. thank you

Solution 1

There is no "install to netbeans".
You can install JMF on your computer.

You can though add the libs of the JMF to your project:

Creating, Importing, and Configuring Java Projects[^]

How can I add third party libraries to NetBeans for use within my applications/projects?[^]

Please also make sure JMF is deployed with your application, otherwise the app will not work on other computers.
