I have created an window form application and create a setup file when I am installing for 1-2 days it is working fine but after that I am getting error
myapplication.exe is not a valid win32 application.
I have research on it and found some reason as it is below

• File download
• IDE Controller badly configured
• Support CD / DVD unreadable
• File system corrupted
• File unregistered
• Virus / spyware
• Problem with browser configuration

I have seen all reason and saw neither my application is a virus/spyware nor my application is download or corrupted.I am not using browser and cd/dvd.
I have use in both 32-bit and 64-bit computer and both have same case
according to me it may case of file unregistered or IDE Controller badly configured
Please help me

one more thing that I have also test the application in same pc where i have created it.

What happens if you recompile it? You cannot say for sure it's not a virus, as it could be infected at any moment of time.
