Create file setup in InstallShield

Dear All,
 

I'm trying to create file setup (VB.NET) with InstallShield, but I got error like that:
 
error -4075: File not found. An error occurred merging Module 'CrystalReports85_Craxdrt.ECF81E5A_03C7_4CE5_B8F7_EBEC0BF4A826: 0' for Feature 'mInvoice_Client_Files'.
