Hi I have a list called Employee. This employee list has the below columns.

Employee Name, Joining Date and Status.

My requirement is, I have to create a out of box workflow which will check the Status. If status is No then the Second list (which is activity list) a new row will be created which will hold the employee list and a task will be created for the same employee.

Can you please help on How to achieve this.
