hi friends, in my application we are using the image zoom option.when click on image using javascript it will zoom the image.this is working fine in all the browsers but in chrome when i click on image its not showing the image (in console window its showing the error as "resource interpreted as image but transferred with mime type application/octet-stream" ).i saw the iis setting mime type for png is image/png.then what is the problem why its not working.

please help me to solve this issue.

This seems to be a common problem using Chrome, especially while using the Visual Studio web server. I did some investigating for you and think these links may help you out:

MIME-Type warning in Chrome for png images

Console Message resource interpreted as image but transferred with mime[^]

If this error is causing issues, try configuring your MIME settings. Depending on what server/application you are using, you may need to change the settings differently.
