update datagrideView VB.net

I make small store program

I have main store include prudects in datagrideview when user click bill it show bill it show datagrideview and user chose prudect and add them to bill

prudect added to bill (if I have 10 car and user add 1 car to bill datagrideview show StillPrudect = 9) and when user print bill all thing done right

now I have changes in datagrideview (9 cars) so I need to update database in main form

I use this code :

Me.Validate()
Me.BindingSource1.EndEdit()
Me.TableAdapterManager1.UpdateAll(Me.MyDataDataSet)

but nothing done !!! main form sho it still 10 cars while it must be 9 cars !!! what I can do ???

NOTE : I have prime key in table2 and if I change main form and click save it update database

the update syntax dosen't work with bill form onely
