How to hide or disable colse (x) button of a web form in asp.net using c#
 

or
 
how to execute any functionality on closing the web form in asp.net using c#

Solution 2

You are not allowed to disable the close button in the browser for security reasons.
But you can open the window in fullscreen size which means the browser automatically will hide the titlebar and the minimize, maximize, and close buttons!
Check this out:
 
window.open('Default.aspx', '', 'Fullscreen=yes');
