Hi all,
 
I want to open new browser when open application.
And also hide URL and Top Icon from browser.
 
How it possible?

Solution 2

Please check the second post in Hide toolbar, address bar in browser[^] (which is the accepted answer).
It is also one nice illustration of your requirement.
