It looks like interface should be able to do it, where is your code that you used to test it? Post that and people will help.

Add a reference FAXCOMEXLib.dll to your Webservice:

 FAXCOMEXLib.FaxServer faxServer = new FAXCOMLib.FaxServerClass();
if (FaxNumber != "")
{
    try
    {
        faxServer.Connect(MachineName);
        faxServer.Retries = Retries;
        faxServer.RetryDelay = RetryDelay;
        FAXCOMEXLib.FaxDoc faxDoc = (FAXCOMEXLib.FaxDoc)faxServer.CreateDocument(FileName);
        faxDoc.RecipientName = RecipientName;
        faxDoc.FaxNumber = FaxNumber;
        faxDoc.DisplayName = DocumentName;
        int Response = faxDoc.Send();
        success = true;
    }
    catch{}
    finally
    {
        faxServer.Disconnect();
    } // disconnect
} // send fax

You should have modem installed to get this working, we cannot diffuse the "FAX" thru air rit ? it's mere commonsense.
