Problem with the Crystal Reports

Hi Guys,
 
I have a problem here on crystal reports, as i am loading it in the web application so at that point it gives me an error of that LOAD REPORTS FAILED i don`t know why? whats happening in the backend, i am taking the stored procedure from the back end and in that stored procedure i am taking data from sap and different tables and combining into one, then on front end i am using database to get the data for crystal reports so i need your help why i am getting this error "LOAD REPORTS FAILED"
