error in Ajax calender MaskedEditValidator while validating the date in dd/MM/yyyy format

I am using a Ajax MaskedEditValidator to validate the date that is enter by user in dd/MM/yyyy format it works fine But gives wrong validation but when i set the date format MM/dd/yyyy then works fine
 
Please provide solution
