How i can read any numbers wrot in image using image processing in c# .. in part of my project is about read the numbers from image not manual but by c# in windows phone SDK 7.1 ,,,,, please i need this point to start work ...

It's called "OCR"

OCR is the way to go with this description.

I suggest looking at implementing OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
