How to save a copy of sending mail in outlook

i want to display a windows form when user clicks on send.When i select a folder from tree view control on windows form then a copy of a mail being sent should be saved to selected folder in tree view.How could i do that???

You could always just use the built in functionality of;

On the email being sent;
Open Options Ribbon.
Select Save Sent Item To.
Select Other Folder.

The fact that this exists would suggest there is something tucked away in the object model for outlook.

Maybe you should have a poke around the object browser and see what you can find.
