Hello,
I have a dude: How could I make a game similar to Solitaire?. I program in Visual C# 2010 but I'm limited to work with formularies ( for my knowledges ) . How I can make moving effects? for example, the drag effect when you catch a poker card?.Or for example, How could I make a MS Word ? only the appearance? Do you know some tutorial? Thanks Family ! I just hope that you understean my dude.

Provide more details dude. Nobody here is willing to provide you with complete solutions dude. Dude, you want to write something like MS Word? Do you have the slightest idea how many thousand of hours where spend to achieve something like this dude? You should start with tutorials and examples of your desired programming language for which there are plenty on the internet. Just google "Tutorial Beginner C#" for example.
