Windows Mobile 6.5 Device Driver

Hi,

I am new to windows mobile development.I have been assigned a task of developing a device driver for inbuilt webcam in Windows mobile 6.5.

According to MSDN documents windows mobile 6.5 is based on windows CE5.0. I have installed Platform Builder 5.0 .There is a sample driver shipped with platform builder 5.0 but that is for USB webcam. I also searched for sample driver in MSDN document but couldn't find anything relevant.Is there any sample driver for in built mobile webcam ? I am not sure if I am heading in the right direction.

Or it there any other possible way of developing device drivers for windows mobile 6.5 ?
