when will we get unspecified error while importing a csv file into db

I need to import a .csv file into my data base respective master achieve by uploading the selected file.
 
When am trying do do that, it show error as "unspecified error".
 
So I need in which cases, this type of errors has to be come.
 
Kindly help me anyone.

It is very difficult understanding what you are saying. What are you using to import the data?

I would suggest that you debug your code step by step until you hit the line of code that is throwing the error. At that point show us the code in question and we can maybe help you.
 
The best answer we can give to this question as it stands is that you need to debug your code.
